Beatie Wolfe
Beatie Wolfe is a London-based English/American singer-songwriter, most known for her debut album ''8ight'', which was released in July 2013 as a limited edition vinyl, digitally and as a "World's First" 3D interactive album mobile app.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.timeout.com/london/music/beatie-wolfe )〕 Wolfe has performed album tours in the United Kingdom, United States, and Europe with regular performances at London venue's Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, The Jazz Café and 606 Club as well as on ''Moshi Monsters'' TV show, Monocle 24 Radio, and BBC London.
== Early life ==
Beatie Wolfe was born in Fulham, South London, to an English mother and American father. She attended the Young Blood Theatre group at the Riverside Studios between 2000 and 2004 where she wrote and performed in a number of plays at the Riverside Theatre and Lyric Theatre. Wolfe attended Ibstock Place School from age 3 to 16. Following Ibstock, she attended Goldsmiths, University of London where she studied English Literature. For her final year dissertation, Wolfe wrote about Canadian singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen, which she received a first for and it subsequently was published online.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.leonardcohenfiles.com/analysis.html )〕 This led to her musical interpretation of Cohen's poem "Thousand Kisses Deep".
